Director Operations

Being born and raised in Rajasthan: A land of Kings and strong culture, his love, and passion for the outdoor was built at the early age of 7 and started going to school, scouts, NCC trips, and so on. He was a good athlete and represented Nationals and Western Railways. At an age when a child used to play with toys, his passion was to move out and about in nature and explore plants, insects, and animals.

Later he moved to Ahmedabad and worked for Dalmia Group and HFCL group. But his passion for traveling was intact and whenever he could manage to get leave he used to travel and explore new destinations. Later he realized that working for a corporate would kill his passion for nature so he quit his job and started with the job of his dreams that gives him satisfaction and contentment through learning via traveling.

Started with Outbound Training for corporate and later realized to train young India under the banner of “Positive7” so that by the time they enter into corporate they will be trained professionals with built-in qualities like confidence, team player, leadership, Positive thinker, and Executer, good communicator, Social awareness and lots more.

Today he travels for almost 20 days a month either on student trips or exploring new destinations. For him, Travel is the best investment one can make himself. It teaches you that there are many ways to live a good, fulfilled life. It broadens your worldview, yet makes you appreciate home all the more.

Sharif Mansuri

Director Administration

Sharif is born and brought up in Ahmedabad, he did his master’s in Environmental science from Gujarat University and made his career in the telecom industry, and worked for 10+years. But his flair for nature and wildlife instigated him to leave his career in telecom and persuade his dream to explore his unfulfilled desire for nature.

His rich experience in administration and love for nature made him join Positive7 as Director of Administration. His crisis management skill is commendable and rests assured, that any work entrusted to him is complete, well within deadlines, and within the allotted resources. His helpful nature has been expressed in the form of social service and helping the needy. Being a part of many social groups he was always a known face at many social events.

Steve everett

Hailing from the city of Ajmer in Raj a land rich in historical culture his passion for traveling and love for nature started in his early teens. He was a star athlete and won the best athlete award in school and college he also represented the western railways and nationals.

His love for travel drove him to join the Airlines and started his career with damania airways then later with jet airways and as station head with SpiceJet for handling airport operations and customer service, Also bagged the best station award.

With a master’s degree in eng lit his interpersonal and communication skills have given him an added advantage in the organization.
His soft-spoken patient nature and ready-to-help attitude have earned great recognition with the clients. Always looking to explore new places and learn about the customs n traditions of different cultures across the country.

Arth thakur

Team Management & Marketing Executive

Arth was born and raised in Ahmedabad. He was mischievous during his younger days but creative and never left a chance to show his creativity. He was in different sports and he had immense love for dance. Being a science student his family/ mother’s dream was to make their son an engineer but he has his plans. He has done his graduation with BCA in Design (Animations) and has expertise in Digital Marketing. But this didn’t stop him from traveling. He is fond of exploring new places, customs, food, and whatnot.

His love for traveling made him join many trips with Positive7 as a volunteer and after many successful years with Positive 7, he joined Positive7 as Tour Manager
